Droplings is a free browser puzzle game where you drop adorable little animals into a jar and merge matching pairs into bigger and bigger friends — from a tiny Chick all the way up to the legendary Whale. How to play
- Aim: touch and drag (or use ← → on a keyboard) to position the pet above the jar.
- Drop: release (or press space) to let it fall.
- Merge: when two identical pets touch, they pop into the next, bigger pet and score points.
- Survive: if the pile stays above the dotted line at the top, the jar overflows and the run ends.
Bigger merges are worth more, and quick back-to-back merges build a combo multiplier. Filling the Fever meter triggers a short rainbow Fever mode where every merge counts double.

There are 11 Droplings. Every merge moves you one step up the chain:

Tips & strategy
- Keep big pets in the corners. Large Droplings in the middle split the jar into awkward pockets. Park them at the sides and build toward them.
- Sort as you go. Try to keep similar sizes near each other — descending order from one side to the other is the classic winning shape.
- Plan with the "Next" preview. Always know where your next pet wants to go before you drop the current one.
- Chase cascades. The biggest scores come from chain reactions: one merge rolls two pets together, which merge, which trigger another… Combos multiply your points.
- Save Fever for a full jar. Fever doubles points, so triggering it right before a big cascade is the best score move in the game.
- Don't panic at the line. You have a moment of grace before the overflow ends the run — a fast merge low in the jar can still save you.
The Daily Drop
Once per day, everyone in the world gets the exact same sequence of Droplings. Play it, post your score, and keep your 🔥 streak alive. Your result copies as a neat little emoji summary you can paste into any group chat — the perfect way to start a friendly argument.

Every run in Droplings is replayable. Tap Challenge a friend after a game and send the link: whoever opens it plays the exact same drop sequence you just did, chasing your score. When they beat it (or miss by a heartbreaking few points), they can fire their own challenge right back. No accounts, no downloads — the whole duel lives in one link.
Daily missions, stars & style
Three fresh missions arrive every day — things like "make two Pandas" or "land a 5-combo". Completing them earns ⭐ stars, which you can spend on new jar themes (Matcha, Daydream, Sunset, Midnight…) and accessories your pets all wear at once: a bow, a flower, shades or a tiny top hat. Yes, the whale wears the top hat too. Especially the whale.
